These basic hot vats easily handle 4 passenger car sized radiators. While not as full featured as some of the other vats, no shortcuts in construction are taken. Full 10 gauge steel, insulated top and sides, 60,000 BTU emerging flame burner and featherweight lid mean this vat will be easy to use, fuel efficient, and will last for years. Please note the manual lift vat does not lift the radiators out of the solution, while the lever lift raises or lowers the radiators in and out of the solution. Large, 6 radiator capacity, means more productivity. These larger hot vats have a 100,000 BTU emerging flame burner, with a 10,000 BTU pilot and is ideally suited for larger service centers with a limited expansion budget. The manual hot vat offers a unique mud grate which raises the radiators off the vat floor and away from sediment and settled debris, while the hydraulic model offers an air hydraulic lift to lift the lid and raise the radiators out of the solution. Construction features double welded 10 gauge steel and insulated top and sides. Please note the manual vat does not lift the radiators out of the solution. The model 6060 is built with the same quality construction as our smaller tanks, except that in this large tank we offer electric hydraulic power to raise the lid and radiators out of the solution. Features include self-contained hydraulic pump, twin cylinders mounted in the rear to give maximum dipping space, 100,000 BTU emerging flame burner with a 10,000 BTU pilot, and an adjustable thermostat.
